擁有逾二十年策略投資、創新及電子商貿科技發展經驗。嶺南大學風險管理及工商管理學士，昆士蘭大學科技管理研究生證書，北京大學滙豐商學院 IPO 與私募股權研究生證書。曾任主板上市公司執行董事、兩間 GEM 上市公司獨立非執行董事，以及美國 OTT 公司首席營運官；亦為兩間香港上市公司關聯企業的創辦人，專營電子商貿與電子學習方案，親自帶領逾九年。2021 年起專注 Web3 與新興數碼生態，2022 年於 WPP 集團 Mirum Agency 任首席創新顧問期間取得 Certified Metaverse Expert 資格，並完成七個與跨國企業、地產發展商及政府機構合作的元宇宙項目。2021 年 12 月起出任嶺南大學協理副校長（學術事務及公共關係）特別顧問；2023 年獲委任為嶺南大學研究生院客席助理教授，任教社會創業與創新管理碩士課程。現為 Certified AI Expert（Blockchain Council）、釘釘認證 AI 工程師、「釘釘 AI+ 商業培訓課程認證導師」，並為香港01及星洲日報 AI 專欄作者。2025 年 7 月出版《你和你的企業如何不被AI取代》。

With over two decades of experience in strategic investment, innovation and e-commerce technology development, Michael serves as Founder of AiX Society and AI Transformation Consultant and Researcher, focusing on AI office automation and enterprise workflow redesign. A Certified AI Expert (Blockchain Council), DingTalk Certified AI Engineer and DingTalk AI+ Commerce Training Course Certified Trainer, he is also an AI columnist for HK01 and Sin Chew Daily, and published his book on artificial intelligence in July 2025.

An award-winning brand strategist, assistant professor and columnist specialising in Web3, AI, branding and the digital economy. He is Chairman of the Asia MarTech Society and Associate Director of the Innovative Incubation Centre at Saint Francis University, sits on the advisory boards of several professional bodies and two universities, and is a strategic advisor to a Web3-focused venture capital firm with a USD 75 million portfolio. Award-winning classical pianist and bilingual on-stage communicator with a trans-disciplinary profile spanning solo performance, arts education and high-end live broadcasting. Peabody-trained Master of Music (full Lillian Freudlich Endowed Scholarship) and Oberlin Bachelor of Music graduate; lifetime member of Pi Kappa Lambda, among the youngest Chinese members ever elected. Career highlights include a Carnegie Hall solo recital and first-prize finishes at multiple international piano competitions. She is currently a collaborative pianist and instructor at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and a bilingual host for TVB, having presented flagship charity galas and major cultural events. Final Top 10 contestant at the 2024 Miss Hong Kong Pageant and a performance guest at the 2026 Miss Hong Kong Pageant.

本會財務總監兼 AI 學習內容開發（2025 年 4 月起），負責規劃與製作 AI 課程、教材、引導演練與實作示範，把生成式 AI 概念轉譯為非技術、業務導向的內容，涵蓋資料研究、溝通、內容創作與職場生產力；並製作短視頻及數碼學習資源，設計能連結 AI 工具與真實商業情境的學習活動。擁有逾十年跨職能營運與培訓經驗，涵蓋業務營運管理、會計及財務行政、人力資源管理、商業系統與內部 IT 支援、廣告統籌、保險客戶溝通，以及數據分析與流程改善；具設計標準作業程序、培訓手冊與疑難排解指南，並為前線及辦公室員工授課的實務經驗。持保險業持牌技術代表（Licensed Technical Representative）資格；Ulster University（英國）食品及營養學理學榮譽學士。粵語母語，英語及普通話專業水平。

Financial Controller and AI Learning Content Developer at AiX Society (since April 2025), responsible for planning and preparing AI-related courses, teaching materials, guided exercises and practical demonstrations. She translates generative AI concepts into clear, non-technical and business-focused content covering research, communication, content creation and workplace productivity; produces short-form video and digital learning resources; and designs learning activities that connect AI tools with realistic business situations. With over ten years of cross-functional operations and training experience spanning business operations management, accounting and financial administration, human resources, business systems and internal IT support, advertising coordination, insurance client communication, and data analysis and process improvement, she has hands-on experience designing standard operating procedures, training manuals and troubleshooting guides, and delivering training to front-line and office staff. She holds a Licensed Technical Representative qualification in the insurance sector and a BSc (Hons) in Food and Nutrition from Ulster University, United Kingdom. Native Cantonese speaker; professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
