課程定位

四週實作型 Bootcamp，讓專業人士走出 AI 理論，用釘釘與 WuKong AI 交付真實商業成果。課程圍繞企業需求探索、釘釘工作流實作、WuKong 代理部署，以及最後的客戶交付總結。四週之後，學員帶走的是真正可運作的企業 AI 自動化用例，而不是概念或示範。

適合對象

營運主管、創新團隊、顧問及 AI 實務人員；兼讀制，為在職專業人士而設；無需編程背景。

課程結構

模組	時間	內容
W1		FDE 思維與企業需求探索 — 執行利害關係人訪談、辨識 AI 代理可省時的環節、把一個中小企業務流程對映成釘釘 × WuKong 部署概念（產出：經驗證的用例與部署地圖） FDE mindset and enterprise discovery — stakeholder interviews, identifying where AI agents save time, mapping one SME business process into a DingTalk + WuKong deployment concept. Outcome: a validated use case and deployment map.
W2		釘釘工作流實作 — 建立工作區結構、表單與資料收集流程、審批邏輯與路由、通知與任務指派，並加入低程式碼自動化與整合（產出：一個完整部署的釘釘工作流） DingTalk workflow implementation — workspace structure, forms and data collection, approval logic and routing, notifications and task assignment, low-code automation and integrations. Outcome: one fully deployed DingTalk workflow.
W3		WuKong 代理部署 — 代理架構與能力、提示設計、跨雲端／桌面／釘釘渠道的任務路由，以及護欄與人手覆核機制（產出：一個已部署的 WuKong AI 代理用例） WuKong agent deployment — architecture and capabilities, prompt design, task routing across cloud, desktop and DingTalk channels, plus guardrails and human-in-the-loop approvals. Outcome: one deployed WuKong-based AI agent use case.
W4		客戶交付總結 — 衡量商業價值、估算 ROI、檢視風險與治理要求、準備持份者溝通，並完成客戶級最終簡報（產出：含 ROI 指標與推展計劃的部署簡報） Client delivery capstone — measure business value, estimate ROI, review risk and governance requirements, prepare stakeholder communication and build a client-style final presentation. Outcome: a deployment presentation with ROI metrics and a rollout plan.

完成後的成果

帶走三項交付：一個已部署的釘釘工作流、一個 WuKong AI 代理用例，以及一份含 ROI 與推展計劃的客戶級部署簡報。總結題目可選人力資源入職助理、銷售線索與會議準備代理、內部審批與文件起草助理、客戶服務升級助理，或活動與會員營運助理。完成後獲 AIX Society 完成證書，並可加入校友社群及企業 AI 網絡。

交付安排

4 週共 8 節直播課（每週 2 節、每節 3 小時），節與節之間設實作練習；由具企業 AI 部署實戰經驗的導師帶領。
